ViewFi processes data provided by customers, which may include but is not limited to user profiles, emails, web3 wallet addresses, captured preferences, and any other information uploaded or inputted by customers.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

The primary purpose of data processing is to enable customers to manage, organize, and analyze their data efficiently. Customers may choose to email you marketing messages, which you can opt out of. ViewFi does not own or use the processed data for any purpose other than providing the contracted services to customers.

4. Data Ownership

Customers retain full ownership and control over the data they process through ViewFi. ViewFi does not claim any ownership rights over customer data.

5. Security Measures

ViewFi takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the processed data. These measures include encryption, access controls, and regular security audits.

6. Data Retention

ViewFi retains customer data only for the duration specified by the customer or as required by applicable laws. Once the data retention period expires, or upon customer request, ViewFi securely deletes or anonymizes the data.

7. Third-Party

Processors ViewFi may engage third-party processors to provide specific functionalities. Customers are encouraged to review the privacy practices of these third parties, as they may have their own privacy policies. These processors include AWS, Rownd, Google, and SendGrid.

8. Data Transfers

Customer data may be transferred and stored on servers located in different geographic regions, including outside the customer's home country. These servers are located in the USA. By using ViewFi, you agree to have your data stored on US servers. ViewFi ensures that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.

9. Data Subject Rights

As ViewFi operates as a data processor, individuals whose data is processed (data subjects) should contact the respective customer (data controller) for inquiries related to their data rights, including access, correction, deletion, or objections. Contact privacy@viewfi.io for removal or any other inquiries.

10. Business Transfers

In the event of a business transfer, customer information may be one of the assets transferred. If ViewFi or substantially all of its assets are acquired, or in the event of bankruptcy, customer information may be transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and any acquirer of ViewFi or its assets may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.

11. Information Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect any personal information we process about visitors to our Website against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no Internet transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure. ViewFi does not knowingly acquire or receive personal data from children under 13. If we learn that we have obtained personal data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it from our database and take steps to restrict the child from future access to our Services, unless we are legally obligated to retain such data.
